How we approach rug & upholstery care
Hand-knotted rugs, silk velvet sofas and aniline leather do not forgive the wrong chemistry. Our textile specialists identify fiber and dye before any product touches the piece, and they will tell you when a rug belongs in a wash plant instead of being cleaned on site.
Most upholstery and wall-to-wall carpet is cleaned in the home with low-moisture methods so rooms are usable the same evening.
