How we approach post-construction clean
Construction dust settles for weeks. It hides inside cabinet hinges, HVAC returns and light fixtures, and it scratches soft stone if it is wiped the wrong way. Our post-construction service works in phases so the house is clean when the trades leave, and stays clean.
We work alongside builders and designers on many of the Valley's custom homes and remodels, and we understand punch lists, protection film and the difference between our work and theirs.

Every visit, room by room
The core scope below is written into your house manual and adjusted to the property during your consultation.
- Rough clean of debris and protective coverings
- HEPA vacuuming of every surface, top to bottom
- Paint overspray, caulk and adhesive film removed

From first walkthrough to routine
Rough phase
Debris, packaging and coverings are removed while trades are still finishing.

A white-glove pass after punch list items and before furniture arrives.

Two weeks later we return to catch the dust that always follows.
