Only for the visit report and only of the areas in your house manual. Photos are never taken of people, documents, art collections or security systems, and are never shared publicly.

No. Our teams arrive in unmarked vehicles and wear discreet uniforms without logos.

Yes. Every housekeeper is a W-2 employee with benefits and paid training. We never use subcontractors.

Every housekeeper completes 80 hours of estate protocol training at our training residence, followed by supervised shadowing in client homes.

Yes. HEPA vacuums, microfiber systems, purified water for glass and dedicated cloths for each area of the home.
