How we approach estate housekeeping
Recurring estate housekeeping is the heart of what we do. Before the first visit, your estate manager walks the property with you and writes a house manual: which rooms are private, how the primary suite is made, where the silver lives, which stone gets which product and which pieces are never touched.
From there, a consistent team of two to four housekeepers arrives on a fixed schedule, works through the manual room by room and leaves a signed visit report. If a regular housekeeper is ever away, their replacement has already trained in your home.
