A deep clean and restoration is where most clients start. It returns the home to a baseline we can then maintain: every cabinet interior, every baseboard, every light fixture and every grout line, handled by specialists who know the materials in Arizona's finest homes.
We photograph areas of concern before we begin, agree what is cleaning and what is repair, and hand back a room-by-room report with anything we recommend a trade looks at.

We neutral-clean and can apply impregnating sealer to countertops. Honing and polishing are referred to our stone restoration partner.
